Q&A
What instruments make up Ars Venti?
Our sound is born from four instruments in the woodwind family: flute, oboe, clarinet and bassoon. This combination offers a wide variety of musical colors and textures, from delicate and intimate sounds to moments full of energy.
Is the music completely live?
The four musicians play their instruments live. Depending on the piece, our performance can be complemented with specially selected or produced backing tracks, allowing us to expand the sound possibilities of the quartet and offer a more complete musical experience.
What kind of music do Ars Venti play?
Our repertoire has been carefully selected to connect with diverse audiences and generations. It includes classical, pop, Latin music, romantic, jazz, boleros, film themes and greatest hits from different eras, among other styles.
How long can Ars Venti play?
We offer different modalities depending on the event: from specific moments within a ceremony to musical sets for cocktails, receptions and activities of longer duration. We will prepare a proposal according to the particular needs of each celebration.
Can Ars Venti play outdoors?
Yes, as long as the right conditions exist to protect the musicians, instruments, and equipment. For outdoor performances, a safe, stable space is required and protected from rain, excessive humidity, direct sun, and other adverse weather conditions. Specific details are established during the contracting process.
Traveling outside the metropolitan area?
Yes. Ars Venti offers services in different locations throughout Puerto Rico. Events that require greater travel may be subject to transportation or logistics charges, which will be clearly specified in the quote.
Can we choose the music for our event?
Of course! We can guide you in the selection of the repertoire according to the type of activity and atmosphere you want to create. You can also select your favorite pieces from our available repertoire.
Can Ars Venti perform a special song that is not part of your repertoire?
Yes. We believe music can tell your story, too. Ars Venti offers personalized music requests for those who wish to incorporate a particularly meaningful piece into their celebration.
Requests must be submitted well in advance to allow us to assess their feasibility and, when appropriate, prepare a custom arrangement. Availability is subject to artistic evaluation and may incur an additional fee.
How far in advance should I order a custom piece?
We recommend making the request at least one month in advance. This allows us to evaluate the piece and have the necessary time to prepare, rehearse and integrate the arrangement to the ensemble with the artistic standard of Ars Venti.
Does Ars Venti have its own sound system?
Yes. Our presentations include the necessary amplification equipment according to the contracted service, allowing us to offer a balanced and professional sound without the client having to worry about this aspect.
How do I book a date?
The first step is to contact us with the date, place and type of event. We will check availability and prepare a proposal for services. The date will be officially reserved once the contracting process and the corresponding deposit are completed.
Do you offer custom quotes?
Yes. Each celebration has different needs. We can prepare a personalized quote taking into consideration the type of event, duration, location, repertoire and any special services requested.
LET ARS VENTI BE PART OF YOUR NEXT EVENT
